Our Policy

SERVICE GUARANTED

For every service, we make sure to attempt to also satisfied your demand with our expertise by Salon Capodimonte, While the service been done & you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed to solve as soon as possible solution.

CAPODIMONTE REFUNDS

All services, Salon Capodimonte are non-refundable! but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service with the same values of service applied in the beginning of free of charge. If the corrective service has been modified, extra fees will be applied. The service must be absolutely a mistake from the hairdresser & service provider... & not something you might have changed your mind last min (after the service has been performed). In case not been satisfied with the services, management (owner) must approve a redo with the same values of the service. You have 24 hours to contact the Salon Capodimonte to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 3 days past initial service date. It is very important you contact Salon Capodimonte as soon as possible when you are unhappy so we can schedule first thing first, for a corrective service with the same values.

P.S. keep in mind, using drugstores color or box color or going from Darker (black, brown, red to Lighter tones in 1 session may not result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. All depends on the integrity & level of your hair at the first appointment. If your hair was already damage from previous hairstylist, we will not be in position to offer you our services for security & reputation wise.

SERVICE RIGHT TO REFUSE

Salon Capodimonte, reserves & have the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour (disrespect) to any member of our staff including barging with the prices establish already in the salon.

RETURNS

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. If the product has been used no return will be applied. Products must be sealed original. No cash value is given however an in Salon Capodimonte credit will be issued.

24HRS LAST MIN CANCELATION

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. All appointment must be booked with 25% secure deposit. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for in deduce de 25% secure deposit. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation (appointment).

NO SHOW

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a NO-SHOW fee charge of 100% in your file of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

LATE

Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of 25% services that you were scheduled for.

CHILDREN

We do not perform any services on children under the age of 13!!! An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18 while the consultation is performed with the parents. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed if not we will deny the service. METHOD PAYMENTS

Salon Capodimonte accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash. We do not accept gift credit card or prepay cards.

RESERVATION

You may request a reservation on our website or Instagram.

ONLINE BOOKING

Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Salon Capodimonte. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.

HEAD LICE/ FUNGUS

It is against Salon Capodimonte Policy to perform services on clients with head lice or sort of fungus.  If a client has been diagnosed with head lice or fungus while receiving a service in the salon, we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 72hrs once the head lice or fungus treatment has been completed.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

• Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

• Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

• Please call Salon Capodimonte concerning lost gift certificates.

• All gift certificates are non-refundable.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

• Gift certificates are valid at Salon Capodimonte only for all products and services available.
